Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get the item you want, please return your original order and place a new one on our website.
Returns
You have 31 days from the day you receive your package to send it back. To return an item, please register your return through our return portal. There, you’ll receive a QR code you can show at your nearest GLS parcel shop. They will print a label for you. For return shipping, we deduct 3,5 EUR per returned order – not per product, but per order.
Once the unused item has reached our store, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. In other words, you may try the item on in the same way you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than described above, we consider it used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you may receive only part of the amount or none at all, depending on the item’s market value. To receive a full refund, you must handle the item as you would in a physical store. You may try it, but not actually use it.
Right to Complain
We offer a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This covers defects in materials or manufacturing. The guarantee does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Complaint Options
If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our shop, you can submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
